About the Role: As a Picker / Packer, you'll play an essential role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently before being delivered across our network.
Using MHE / Pallet rider equipment and RF scanners, you'll work as part of a high-performing team focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
Successful applicants will be allocated to the team best suited to their skills and experience.
Ambient White Milk: Repetitive manual handling including consistent lifting of heavier products Quick-paced work environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting daily productivity targets Chiller: Temperature-controlled environment requiring exceptional attention to detail Precise, repetitive picking at a consistent high work rate Freezer (Thawback): Work in sub-zero conditions at a reliable and consistent pace Previous freezer experience is highly regarded Key Responsibilities:
