In this customer-focused role, you will provide exceptional service to a diverse range of aquatic centre users, helping them access programs, services and activities that support active and healthy lifestyles.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will build positive relationships with customers, respond to enquiries, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyone who visits the Inner West Council Aquatic centres.

$***** per hour + 25% casual loading + 12% Superannuation
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications
Previous experience in Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality,



Tourism or equivalent industry
Experience in a fast-paced high volume customer service environment
A demonstrated high level of interpersonal and customer service skills
Flexible outlook and ability to resolve problems
Organisational and administrative skills
