What you will do
As Operational Support Officer, you will provide administrative support to operational managers.
You will help keep daily operations organised, accurate and compliant.
You will:
coordinate
accurate
incident documents and packs within required timeframes
schedule meetings and interviews, keeping
clear
attendance and database records
update
current
operating procedures and duty statements to meet operational needs
prepare
accurate
monthly reports by gathering information and maintaining records
coordinate
timely
meeting packs, minutes, reports and follow-up actions
About you
No formal qualification is required for this role.
You should have experience in office administration and confidence using business systems and digital tools.
You should also have:
strong
computer skills across business systems, databases and digital communication tools
sound
knowledge of policies, procedures, privacy and records management requirements
proven
office administration skills, including meetings, reports, correspondence and filing
advanced
Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and data charts
