Homebush,
they are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic
Site Training & Safety Coordinator
to join their team!
This opportunity is an ongoing casual position with the potential to be made permanent for the right person
Position Purpose
The Site Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and delivering site-based training to ensure employees are competent, compliant and confident in their roles.
The position supports site management with inductions, training records and workplace safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and deliver site inductions, training and refresher sessions.
Develop and maintain training materials and presentations.
Conduct site walkthroughs and familiarisation for new employees, labour hire workers and contractors.
Maintain accurate training matrices, competency records and training registers.
Monitor training completion and refresher requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks and provide ongoing training support to employees.
Support HSRs with workplace inspections, safety walks and hazard identification.
Assist with basic risk assessments and follow-up of corrective actions.




Work with site leadership to identify current and future training requirements.
Ensure all training documentation is accurate, current and audit-ready.
Assist with other training, safety and operational activities as required.
Skills & Experience
Experience in workplace training, safety or site-based operations.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop clear and practical training materials.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident working with frontline employees, supervisors and management.
Practical, proactive and safety-focused approach.
Qualifications
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent) – Desirable
WHS qualification – Desirable
Food manufacturing/FMCG experience – Desirable
