Randwick City Council in Sydney's eastern beaches seeks an Arts Programs Lead to join the Arts & Culture Team.
You will develop and deliver innovative arts programs, exhibitions and events reflecting community identity while maintaining best-practice standards.
You will strengthen access to Council spaces, build networks, and support local cultural sector capacity through collaboration and delivery.
The role is permanent full time (35 hours per week) with salary $112,422–$129,285 plus 12% super.
