The initiative offers Ordinary National Diploma (OND) graduates a valuable opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in the banking sector.
Selected interns will be placed within the bank's Transaction Services Division, where they will support daily operations and learn real-world banking processes.
The programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic training and professional practice, equipping participants with essential workplace and financial sector skills.
Key Details of the Programme
Duration: 12 months (one-year structured internship)
Focus: On-the-job training in banking operations, with emphasis on supporting day-to-day activities in Transaction Services

Eligibility Requirements
Possess an OND Certificate or Notification of Results from an accredited polytechnic
Provide a One-year Industrial Training Letter from their institution
Submit completed Guarantor Forms (one guarantor if a GTBank staff member at Assistant Banking Officer (ABO) grade or above; two guarantors if non-staff)
Include a copy of the guarantor's staff ID card (where applicable)
Recent passport photograph with white background and other standard identification documents
