The Role
As a Casual Chef, you'll be a key part of our kitchen team, delivering fresh, beautifully presented meals that keep our members and guests coming back.
Reporting to the Café Manager, you'll:
Prepare and present high-quality café meals to brand standards
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Manage prep, stock rotation and portion control
Support menu execution and seasonal changes
Work collaboratively with café and front-of-house teams
About You
Highly skilled across breakfast and lunch service




Confident working autonomously and taking ownership of your section
Organised, efficient and calm under pressure
Available for flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends
