Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client management and delivering successful placements.
You will be responsible for:
Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process from initial engagement through to successful placement and aftercare
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients




Identifying new business opportunities through outbound calling, networking, referrals, job boards and social media
Managing client relationships and understanding recruitment requirements
Negotiating offers and supporting successful placements
Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs
Maintaining accurate candidate and client records using recruitment CRM systems
Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Providing an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment journey
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant, Sales Consultant or Business Development skilled who thrives in a target-driven environment.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, telesales, account management or business development
A proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs
Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
Confidence speaking with candidates and clients at all levels
A proactive approach with excellent organisational skills
