We're Looking For
Customer focused team members who love delivering great service and creating positive experiences for customers, retailers and the community.
What You'll Do
You'll be the friendly face of our centre, supporting the Customer Care Desk, answering enquiries, assisting with promotions, gathering customer feedback and helping create a welcoming centre setting.
You'll work closely with centre teams, retailers and contractors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You're passionate about customer service and enjoy connecting with people.
You're looking for a flexible seasonal role where you can gain valuable experience and make a real impact.

Experience & Skills That Count
Customer service, retail, hospitality or reception experience.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.

Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Availability to work weekends, public holidays and extended trading hours.
