Aurenne Group Mining seeks an experienced Trainer & Assessor to join Mt Ida mine production.
You will deliver training, assess competency, and coach operators across mobile plant and light vehicles, reporting to the Mine Production Superintendent.
You will help develop workforce capability, maintain compliance, and improve training systems including VOCs, inductions, and refresher programs.
The role requires 3+ years in open pit mining and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
