Agrifutures is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Norwest call centre on a hybrid schedule with a 7am to 3pm start.
You will be the first point of contact, handling inbound calls, resolving issues, and following defined processes.
Comprehensive training is provided before going live on the phones.
You will work closely with your team and manager to ensure a high standard of service, update records, and prepare correspondence in line with company procedures.
