About the Position.
As a Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day delivery of various commercial and multi-residential developments valued from $15M - $50M across Canberra.
The role entails management of all site activities, guiding teams, and ensuring outstanding standards in quality, safety, and timelines.
You'll play a central role in bringing high-profile projects to life, working alongside an accomplished Project Manager and a skilled support crew.
Duties.
Manage site safety, WHS, trades and subcontractors




Implement the construction programming
Ensure time restraints are adhered to
Conduct inductions and tool box talks
Read and interpret detailed site plans
Scheduling of works and deliveries
Site set out and mark out
Skills & Experience.
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor / Manager on jobs $10M+
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead and coordinate site personnel
Thorough understanding of WHS and site safety
