Northeast Health Wangaratta is seeking a part time, ongoing DNS / HITH Registered Nurse to provide best practice nursing care in clients' homes or suitable environments.
Duties include wound management, medication monitoring and education, diabetes care, catheter care, health assessments and palliative/home-based care within NHW's integrated team.
Role involves shift work including weekends and public holidays; ongoing professional development and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
