Role: Salesforce Solution Architect Location: Melbourne (preferred) / Sydney / Brisbane Duration: 3 months with high likelihood of 6-12 months extension Start Date: Immediate Solution Architect Role Description The Solution Architect will play a critical role in designing and implementing solutions for the WellConnect platform.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of enterprise systems and integrations, as well as the following qualifications: Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud Understanding of Salesforce DevOps eco system and architecture Problem Solving: Understand business challenges and translate them into technical visions and actionable plans.
Enterprise Systems Expertise: Demonstrated experience with designing and integrating complex enterprise systems.
API Gateway and Cloud Infrastructure: Robust understanding of API Gateway technologies and cloud infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
Salesforce Integration Experience: Prior experience with Salesforce or integrations involving Salesforce is preferred,



enabling effective oversight of the WellConnect platform enhancements.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to dive into granular details when necessary to ensure thorough understanding and implementation of technical solutions.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison, explaining complex technical details to non-technical management and gathering requirements from all parties.
Technical Leadership: Guide development teams, define best practices, and ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards.
Risk Feasibility: Identify potential issues, develop proof-of-concepts, and manage risks/tech debts throughout the project lifecycle.
Health Insurance and Services Understanding: Familiarity with the health insurance and services sector will be beneficial, aiding in the alignment of technical solutions with business needs.
This role requires a comprehensive approach to solution architecture, ensuring that all enhancements and integrations align with strategic objectives and technical standards.
