You'll work alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary team, using your clinical expertise to achieve positive outcomes for patients, families and carers.
Be part of a service focused on improving patient function, independence and quality of life.
Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, allied health professionals, medical teams, patients and carers.
Apply clinical reasoning to assess and manage patients with a range of complex needs.
Contribute to a supportive culture of clinical education, supervision and continuous improvement.
Help shape service quality through evidence-based practice, quality improvement and professional development.
What you'll be doing
As a Physiotherapist Level 1/2, you will provide high-quality physiotherapy assessment and intervention while contributing to the delivery and ongoing improvement of the service.
Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessment,



treatment and management using advanced clinical reasoning.
Manage a wide-ranging caseload and prioritise care effectively within a high-turnover environment.
Work autonomously while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-focused care.
Support the supervision and development of junior physiotherapists, students and community care aides where appropriate.
Contribute to service development, quality improvement, clinical education and evidence-based practice.
Qualification:
Degree in Physiotherapy or Equivalent
