Based in Melbourne's inner east, this commercial builder is looking for a Project Manager to join the team as its workload continues to grow.
It's a newly created position rather than a replacement, with a robust pipeline of work across Melbourne and Greater Melbourne.
You'll take responsibility for projects valued up to $10million, spanning both fit-out and new build across the commercial, education, health wellbeing and industrial sectors.
Depending on your experience, you could be an established Project Manager or someone ready to make the step up after building a solid foundation as a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator.
This is the type of business where you'll know everyone by name rather than being another number.
They have an 80% staff retention rate and have built a strong reputation through repeat clients,



consistent delivery and long-term relationships.
Their pipeline is also supported by a developer arm of the business, providing another source of ongoing work.
The office is surrounded by great cafes and is easy to get to by train, tram or car.
You'll work closely with experienced Project Managers, Site Managers and Directors while having the autonomy to take ownership of your own projects.
As the business continues to grow, there's plenty of opportunity to grow with it.
To be considered, you must have commercial construction experience with a head contractor.
This excludes residential and civil.
The package is up to $200k, depending on experience.
