Staff 360 is seeking a hands-on Senior Farmhand to manage day-to-day cropp ing, machinery and sheep activities on a large mixed farming operation near Inverleigh, Victoria.
The role combines cropping duties with livestock tasks within a 4,500 hectare enterprise and offers on-farm accommodation.
The successful candidate will operate up-to-date tractors and implements with RTK GPS, perform routine maintenance, and support seasonal cropping priorities while ensuring safety and accurate record keeping.
