Albury Wodonga Aboriginal Health Service (AWAHS) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to provide practical HR support across a growing organisation.
Based at our recent Wodonga clinic, you will mentor 80 staff across multiple locations and work with the CEO to shape workforce planning, payroll, recruitment and onboarding.
You will bring tertiary HR qualifications and broad generalist HR experience, including ER/IR knowledge, and a collaborative approach that respects Aboriginal culture
