About the role:
This newly created role will support the workforce planning initiatives and workforce readiness activities required for the Current Melton Hospital.
Working closely with clinical leaders, operational managers and key stakeholders, you will play an important role in ensuring the hospital has the medical workforce capacity and capability required to support future services for Melbourne's western communities.
Keyresponsibilities:
As the Project Officer, Medical Workforce Planning, you will:
Coordinate and support medical workforce planning projects and strategic initiatives.
Support workforce readiness and associated activities for the New Melton Hospital.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and consultation
Contribute to workforce reform initiatives, training capacity planning and continuous improvement projects
Aboutyou:
You are a highly organised and analytical professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
To be successful, you will bring:
Experience in project coordination or project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written communication skills, including experience preparing reports and business cases.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office capabilities.
Strong stakeholder engagement,



customer service and relationship management skills.
