About the role:
The Principal Project Officer, Performance and Capability leads performance and capability projects for the Health Regulator, including data systems and process improvement initiatives, reporting framework development, report design and production, capability development activities, and strategic business improvement projects.
The role develops and maintains effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including staff across regulatory operational teams, regulatory reform teams, and corporate and policy areas within the Department of Health.

About you:
A tertiary qualification in information management, business analysis, information systems, data analytics, public policy, project management, regulatory practice or a related discipline.
Experience using data and business intelligence to support evidence-based and risk-based decision-making.
Experience in a regulatory environment and/or knowledge of the Victorian health system would be advantageous.
