and National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain) Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Flexibility and a proactive, positive attitude, willing to go above and beyond to make any day run as smoothly as possible Reliable transport to travel between services and schools Key duties: Engage with children in meaningful learning activities Implement and contribute to the development of educational programs that are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and current Victorian curriculum Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care, at all times Maintain accurate records of children's development and learning experiences where required Collaborate and communicate effectively with coworkers Assist with daily routines, as required by the service or school Desired Skills Experience: Passionate about both early childhood and Primary education Confidence to work successfully with all children from Preschool to Grade 6 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to contribute wherever needed Ability to work effectively as part of any team Strong understanding of EYLF, VEDYLF,
