This is an opportunity for a Senior Accountant who wants more than another year of compliance.
You'll take ownership of a quality client portfolio, build stronger client relationships and work directly with experienced Managers and Partners across Business Services, Tax and Advisory.
You'll also get the opportunity to broaden your advisory skills and progressively take on more responsibility as you move towards Manager.

long-term client relationships Acting as a key point of contact across your portfolio Working alongside Managers and Partners on complex matters Reviewing junior work and supporting their development Identifying opportunities to provide broader accounting and advisory solutions Taking on increasing responsibility as you progress towards Manager What you'll bring 3+ years' Australian public practice experience Strong Business Services and Tax experience Experience managing or working across a client portfolio CA/CPA qualified or currently progressing Strong technical accounting and taxation skills Confident communication and client relationship skills Ambition to progress towards Manager The opportunity This is a role for someone who wants to keep developing rather than simply doing another year of the same work.
You'll have hybrid flexibility, support towards your CA/CPA, quality SME clients, broader advisory exposure and a clear pathway towards management.
You'll work closely with experienced Managers and Partners while continuing to build the technical, commercial and client management skills that will set you up for the next stage of your career.
