Restaurant Manager Location: Adelaide SA **** Mawson Lake SA **** Salary: $***** - $*****, plus superannuation.
We are seeking 2 experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy restaurants in South Australia As part of a well-established restaurant brand, our venue offers a distinctive dining experience with a wide range of menu options and regular in-store entertainment and cultural performances.
The Restaurant Manager is required to perform the following tasks: Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service during both regular and peak trading periods.
Maintain operational and service standards in accordance with the restaurant's established brand requirements and procedures.
Recruit, train, supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff and allocate duties and rosters according to operational requirements.
Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching, guidance and support.
Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Monitor customer flow, table availability and service delivery during busy periods to maintain an efficient dining environment.
Maintain high standards of customer service and respond professionally to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints.
Coordinate in-store activities, special events and scheduled cultural performances to ensure they are appropriately integrated with restaurant operations and do not disrupt food service or customer safety.
Monitor stock levels and arrange the ordering of beverages, packaging, restaurant supplies and other operational requirements.
Monitor operating costs,
wastage and other expenses and assist with maintaining efficient cost controls Skills and Experience qualification in hospitality management or a related field is preferred At least1 experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager Demonstrated experience supervising and coordinating restaurant staff.
Experience managing a busy, high-volume restaurant environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

We are looking for 2 experienced and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on cooking skills and experience in preparing Chinese hotpot ingredients, soup bases, sauces and seasonings while maintaining consistent flavour and quality.
Key tasks: Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with established requirements and quality standards.
Prepare different soup bases, broths, sauces, marinades, seasoning mixes, dipping sauces and other components required for different menu items.
Prepare and cook dry pot and stir-fried dishes using appropriate wok cooking, seasoning and heat-control techniques.
Prepare a variety of specialty snacks, side dishes and other cooked menu items.
Prepare meat, seafood, vegetables, tofu products and other ingredients through appropriate cutting, portioning, marinating, blanching and pre-cooking techniques.
Adjust seasoning, cooking time and temperature, meanwhile maintain consistent flavour, texture and presentation.
Check the freshness and quality of ingredients and ensure food is properly stored, rotated and handled.
Monitor ingredient and stock levels and assist with ordering food and kitchen supplies as required.
Maintain portion control and minimise food wastage during preparation and service.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and comply with food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure productive food preparation and service during busy periods.
Skills and Experience Cooking relevant qualification is preferred Previous experience working as a Cook in a busy commercial kitchen.
Good understanding of Chinese spices, seasonings, sauces and flavour combinations.
Good knife skills and experience preparing meat, seafood and other fresh ingredients.
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and safe food-handling practices.
Ability to manage multiple dishes during busy service periods.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
