Led by a Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of experience advising Australian family groups and privately owned businesses, the firm combines the technical rigour of a Big 4 background with the personal, agile approach of a boutique practice.
They are now seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager to step away from the traditional, compliance-heavy public practice model and into a role where you can genuinely become a trusted adviser to your clients.
Working directly alongside the Director, you will take ownership of a high-quality portfolio with a $1m fee base and be involved in the conversations that really matter, from tax planning and structuring through to business strategy, succession planning and intergenerational wealth.
You will gain exposure to complex and high-value matters across Tax Advisory, Business Services, SMSF and Family Office, while building deep client relationships and developing your own advisory capability.

In this role, your responsibilities will include: Managing a high-quality client portfolio with a $1m fee base Developing and reviewing tax planning strategies, including CGT,
