Up to $130K + Super, negotiable | South West Sydney Senior operational leadership role reporting to the COO Drive performance, process improvement and business growth A growing Australian manufacturer is seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Operations Manager to lead day-to-day performance and support scalable growth.
Reporting to the COO, you will lead operational teams, improve systems and workflows, monitor KPIs and ensure the business continues to operate efficiently, safely and in line with quality and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations and align delivery with business priorities Partner with the COO to improve workflows, systems and cross-functional performance Track KPIs, identify bottlenecks and implement practical improvements Develop and embed procedures that increase productivity, quality and efficiency Lead, coach and develop a high-performing operational team Drive continuous improvement, change and scaling initiatives Manage operational risk, compliance, quality and safety requirements Oversee key supplier and vendor relationships, including commercial outcomes About you You will bring proven operational leadership experience gained in manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, industrial, regulated production or another process-driven environment.
You will also have:



Strong people-leadership and coaching capability Experience with GMP, quality systems, ERP platforms or regulated manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
