What You Will Be Doing Assisting tradespeople with daily workshop operations Supporting Fitters and maintenance personnel with repair and refurbishment work Assisting spray painting and abrasive blasting crews Preparing equipment and components for maintenance activities Performing general workshop housekeeping duties Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively Loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the workshop Maintaining a safe and productive work environment What You Will Need Previous experience in a Trade Assistant, Workshop Assistant, Labouring,



or Industrial role Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to perform physically demanding work Commitment to workplace health and safety Current Driver's Licence Ability to work effectively within a team environment Reliable work ethic and positive attitude Highly Regarded Experience supporting Fitters, Boilermakers, or Mechanical Trades including: Spray Painting experience Abrasive Blasting experience Industrial, mining, or maintenance workshop experience Forklift Licence High Risk Work Licences What's in it for you?
