We serve investor and strategic clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from chance identification through due diligence, and post-transaction value realisation, and exit readiness.
Our team works across industry sectors spanning Consumer, Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, Business Services, Industrials and many others.
Transaction & Investor Services is the initial focus of Roland Berger's Australian business.

As a
JuniorConsultant
at Roland Berger you will:
Conduct market and competitive positioning studies
Perform strategic and/or operational diagnostics
Lead interviews
Contribute to the preparation of presentations
Actively participate in creating and delivering workshops
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following criteria:
You must have 1-2years of work experience in strategy consulting ideally in the field of transactions e.g. consulting, investment banking
Experience in value creation (both top line growth and bottom-line performance improvement) and working with Financial Sponsor clients (e.g. Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure Funds, etc) will be valued
Outstanding graduate or postgraduate academic credentials from a leading academic institution
Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent English language communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven analytical, financial modelling, commercial, creative, and narrative skills




You combine analytical thinking with the use of digital tools, are enthusiastic about utilizing innovative, AI-based solutions, and possess the ability to effectively apply new technologies and data skills to complex issues
An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and willingness to travel is a pre-requisite
You are an Australian citizen or possess Australian residency
