Ongoing Temporary Contract Southern Suburbs Logan, QLD Accounts Payable Officer Lawson Elliott is excited to be partnering with a growing Professional Services business who is a leader in their field.
They are seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join their team for a 3mth ongoing temporary contract to assist the wider finance team during a busy end of year period.
This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and has a willingness to learn.
This role will encompass a wide variety of responsibilities for their clients, which will give you the perfect opportunity to grow and develop your skillset.
Reporting to the AP Manager, your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:



End-to-end invoice processing across multiple entities Reporting and maintaining accurate records Vendor setup verification Manage the AP inbox and respond to supplier enquiries Provide analysis and review large data sets and documentation Identify and solve any issues within the end-to-end process Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Assist the Finance team with ad-hoc accounts duties as required To be considered for this role: Minimum 3+ years of work experience in a similar position or industry Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Sound knowledge of SAP desired Strong Excel skillset/knowledge of VLookups High problem-solving skills and solution-focussed mindset If you are coming to the end of your contract and looking for a brand recent challenge, this could be the role for you!
