This is a senior leadership opportunity for a passionate fashion marketer who knows how to build a brand, create cultural relevance and translate creative ideas into measurable commercial results.
Reporting to the leadership team, you'll own the overall marketing strategy across brand, digital, e-commerce, social, content, CRM, partnerships and customer acquisition — both strategic and hands-on, working closely with creative, e-commerce, product and commercial teams.

performance marketing, SEO, SEM and email acquisition channels Partner with e-commerce to drive traffic, conversion and revenue Own the marketing budget and ROI across all channels Social, Content Creative Lead social strategy, content and campaign concepts across platforms Oversee shoots, creative production and content calendars Manage creative partners, influencers and agencies Customer CRM Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifecycle marketing Use data and insights to grow repeat purchase and lifetime value Team Leadership Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team Manage agency and external partner relationships Commercial Leadership Translate commercial priorities into marketing strategy Report on marketing and commercial metrics to senior leadership REQUIREMENTS + 8+ years' marketing experience, with senior leadership experience Strong background in fashion, retail, lifestyle or consumer brands Proven track record executing integrated marketing strategy across digital, social, e-commerce and CRM Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to deliver measurable growth Excellent brand, content and storytelling instincts Experience managing teams, agencies and significant budgets Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management
