Job description Role Opportunity: Lead the engineering strategy for a large-scale power generation project supplying a major hyperscale customer in Western Australia.
This is a rare owner's-side opportunity to shape a project from concept and feasibility through delivery, leading multi-disciplinary engineering, technical governance, and major infrastructure development Benefits: • Lead a major renewable energy and power generation development.

Qualifications Skills: Need to be an Australian Citizen • Degree qualified in Electrical, Power or related Engineering discipline.
Post Grad studies highly regarded.
• 10+ years' experience delivering large-scale power generation, renewable energy or energy infrastructure projects.
• Robust technical knowledge of renewable generation, battery energy storage systems (BESS), grid-connected power systems and firming generation.
• Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams across electrical, civil, structural, mechanical and controls disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience managing engineering consultants, EPC contractors and technical stakeholders.
• Experience taking major projects through concept, feasibility, FEED and delivery phases.
• Strong understanding of design assurance, engineering governance, technical risk management and project execution.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, leadership and commercial decision-making abilities.
• Chartered Engineer (CPEng)



and/or PMP qualifications highly regarded.
Duties Responsibilities: • Lead the engineering strategy for a major power generation and energy infrastructure project.
• Provide technical leadership across renewable generation, battery storage, firming generation and associated infrastructure.
• Establish engineering standards, governance frameworks and technical delivery strategies.
• Manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams, consultants and external technical advisors.
• Oversee concept, feasibility, FEED and detailed engineering activities.
• Lead design reviews, technical risk management and engineering assurance processes.
• Support procurement, tender evaluations and major equipment selection.
• Work closely with project, commercial and construction teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
