Dyson Australia is seeking a Returns & Refurbishment Team Leader to manage daily reverse logistics operations from the Sydney site.
You will supervise a hands-on team, process, inspect, and adjudicate returns, and ensure quick turnarounds for exchanges and refunds while upholding safety policies.
You will direct stock segregation for refurbishment, parts harvesting, or recycling, balancing throughput with cost targets and quality standards for ANZ operations.
