Villa Maria Eastern Heights in Queensland is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Leader to guide, plan and implement activities that support residents' social, psychological, recreational, cultural and spiritual wellbeing.
You will encourage resident choice and coordinate a dynamic lifestyle team.
As part of the leadership team, you will conduct assessments, design creative events with community involvement, and coach staff to deliver high‐quality person-centered care in a not-for-profit setting.
