Casual Chefs - Must be available 3 - 4 shifts a week including weekends
We're currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable team members to join back‐of‐house teams across our premium venues such as Conservatory, Mr Hive and Mahogany!
As a Chef, you'll create joyful moments through genuine care and connection, guided by Crown's Service Excellence — Be Courteous, Connect, Create, and Care.
In these roles, you'll contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchens and support the delivery of high‐quality dining experiences.
Responsibilities
Assisting with daily kitchen operations including food preparation and service
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Following HACCP and food safety protocols
Working collaboratively in a fast‐paced team environment
What you'll bring
Previous experience in a high-volume or premium commercial kitchen
A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Availability to work casually or part‐time across a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (required)
