The Corporate Services team is dedicated to customer service and hospitality by providing all employees and clients with exceptional experience from the moment they enter a Dimensional building.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Services, Senior Associate, on a 12 month fixed term contract who will be responsible for all travel booked for the Australian offices, with the following responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Booking and coordinating all domestic and international travel (flights, transfers, accommodation, car hire) in accordance with company policy
Liaising with the corporate travel agent to ensure cost effective and timely travel arrangements
Maintaining the Travel Spreadsheet with bookings, changes to bookings and international travellers & visitors
Handling confidential & personal information relating to passports, home addresses etc
Liaising with our global offices about travelling staff and set-up/desk requirements
Maintaining good relationships with our hotel and transfer vendors/contacts
Ad hoc travel administration duties, reporting and ad hoc projects
Assisting with facilities maintenance requests
Experience and Qualifications
The successful individual will possess at least 2 years of travel and/or office experience in a corporate environment.
They will be professional and client-focused, with the ability to demonstrate the following:
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organised
Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook) with the ability to learn programs as needed
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
