McAuley Community Services for Women seeks an experienced residential care worker to support women and children who have experienced family violence and homelessness.
The role is based in Melbourne's West on a part-time, 12-month contract with focus on trauma-informed care and safety.
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will provide individualised support, collaborate with external services, and uphold compassionate, client-led care while maintaining skilled boundaries and ongoing learning.
