Key responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a team of maintenance technicians
Drive current operations towards planned and preventative maintenance
Improve maintenance planning, work order tracking and execution
Lead progress against the site's two year Maintenance Excellence programme
Improve equipment reliability and reduce recurring breakdowns
Build greater engagement across the maintenance team
Provide hands on technical support where required
Work closely with production and other site stakeholders
Utilise SAP to manage and track maintenance activity
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the following:
Mechanical trade qualification with a strong hands on mechanical capability
Proven track record in a Supervisory role with strong people leadership and trades management capability
Experience within manufacturing, processing or a comparable industrial environment
Exposure to planned and preventative maintenance systems
Experience improving maintenance reliability, planning or work management
SAP experience
The capability and ambition to progress into broader maintenance leadership
