We're looking for a Risk and Compliance Manager to join our Risk team and play a key role in strengthening risk management and compliance practices across the Group.
In this Line 2 Risk role, you will provide pragmatic, independent risk and compliance advice to business stakeholders, executives and boards.
You will help enhance risk and compliance frameworks, support sound risk-based decision making, and ensure HUB24 continues to meet its regulatory obligations while achieving its strategic objectives.
Can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
**What you'll be doing** * Provide risk and compliance advice across a broad range of risk classes.
* Partner with business leaders to support effective risk-based decision making.
* Enhance and maintain risk and compliance frameworks, policies and practices.
* Support risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting activities.
* Contribute to Board, Executive and Risk Committee reporting.
* Build strong relationships across the business to embed risk culture and accountability.
* Deliver risk and compliance training and awareness initiatives.




* Support the ongoing maturity of HUB24's three lines of accountability model.
**What you bring** You don't need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.
**Experience & Skills** * Degree qualified in law, finance, business or a related discipline.
* Experience in risk, compliance or governance within financial services.
* Strong understanding of financial services regulatory obligations.
* Exposure to managed investment schemes, wrap/platform products, superannuation or financial advice environments.
* Ability to influence stakeholders and provide constructive challenge.
* Strong communication, problem-solving and relationship management skills.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
