• Execute the Assurance Client Listening strategy, including the C1 Premier approach and stakeholder enablement
• Embed client experience frameworks to drive advocacy, satisfaction, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate client conversations, surveys, and proposal debriefs
• Capture quality notes and actionable insights
• Track performance, synthesise themes, and report meaningful insights to leadership
• Partner across Assurance, Clients & Markets, and support teams to deliver broader firm priorities
• Act as the first point of contact for queries, reporting requests, and feedback guidance
Requirements
Proven ability to drive behavioural and firmwide change
Proactive, curious, "can-do" approach
Strong reporting, analytics, and critical insight synthesis capabilities
Digital fluency across Salesforce, Power BI, AI tools, and insight platforms
Confident client service across phone and face-to-face channels
Explicit communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Trusted judgment when handling confidential and sensitive feedback
Experience supporting Assurance or professional services client programs (desirable)




Exposure to training, enablement, or strategic project delivery (desirable)
Must be available for a 10-month parental leave cover
