We are currently seeking entry-level Laboratory Technicians to join a busy laboratory based in Orange.
This is a hands-on role involving Ore sample preparation, manual handling and general housekeeping
o
within the laboratory environment.
Full training will be provided, making this a excellent opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door of the mining industry.
About the Role
Working as part of the laboratory team, your duties will include:
Preparation and processing of ore samples
Manual handling of samples and materials
General housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following established procedures and safety requirements
Working as part of a team to meet daily production requirements
Other general laboratory duties as required
About You
We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who:
Are comfortable working in a
hands-on and physically active environment
Have a strong work ethic and reliable attendance




Are willing to learn and follow instructions and procedures
Have a strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Can work effectively as part of a team
Have previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse or similar environment, which is desirable but not essential
Roster & Hours
7 days on, 7 days off
12-hour shifts
Rotating day and night shifts
Laboratory based in
Orange
Essential Requirements
Must be reliable and committed to the roster
Must be able to successfully pass a
National Police Check & Medical
Must be physically capable of performing the manual requirements of the role
Previous industrial or manufacturing experience is desirable
