Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Senior Exercise Physiologist to lead the Centre for SOLID Medicine at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.
You will oversee assessment, tailored exercise plans, and group education while coordinating care for older adults with chronic disease and frailty.
You will supervise EP staff, contribute to policy development and partner with Balmain Hospital to align care models, enhancing workforce capability and service quality.
