About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Advisor, People Culture to join the dnata catering retail team.
This role is currently based at our Mascot facility, with an anticipated transition to our new Western Sydney International Airport facility in mid-****.
Reporting to the Manager, People Culture , you will provide practical and operational People Culture support across assigned business units, partnering with leaders and employees to deliver high-quality people outcomes.
This role plays a key part in supporting employee relations, recruitment, workforce initiatives, compliance, and day-to-day P C activities while helping to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Provide practical People Culture advice and support to leaders and employees.
Support employee lifecycle activities including probation, performance matters, leave and workforce administration.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities,



including pre-employment checks.
Support employee and industrial relations matters, investigations and workplace consultations.
Maintain accurate employee records, documentation and compliance requirements.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to P C projects and workforce initiatives.
About You Experience in a People Culture, HR Generalist or Employee Relations role.
Experience working in a manufacturing, food production, logistics, aviation or other high-volume operational workplace.
Sound knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment legislation.
Experience supporting ER/IR matters, including performance, conduct and investigations.
Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Relevant HR, Employee Relations or Business qualification highly regarded.
