The Opportunity: Reporting to the People and Culture Manager - Business Partnering , purpose of the role is to provide business partnering services to guide the business and individuals on people, culture and employee relations activities.
Salary + Super + incentive scheme + employee benefits Brisbane, Australia Flexible hybrid WFH / Office arrangement This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.
In addition, as an HRO - Business Partner (maximum term - 12 months) you will: Collaborate with the business and the broader P C team to implement organisational structures and roles which reflect current and future organisation strategy, capability and objectives, taking into account labour market insights and Arrow's employee value proposition.
Assist in programs to recruit and select the talent to meet Arrow's business needs.
Work with the broader P C team and senior leaders to foster a diverse, equal and inclusive workforce that promotes Arrow's values, behavioural expectations and ethical standards.




Advise and develop senior leaders in workplace practices that are aligned with organisational objectives and regulatory and legislative requirements to deliver effective services that optimise staffs life-cycle experience.
Implement and coordinate workforce programs and frameworks that motivate, recognise and reward staff.
Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
About You: Qualification required: University degree or First degree or Other Professional Qualification.
Experience of up to 5 years in business partnering role.
Degree in Business, Psychology, Employment Law, Education or Human Resources, or relevant experience.
Proven understanding of Australian employment law and industrial relations legislation.
Foundational understanding of all aspects of People and Culture, including Organisational Design, Learning and Development, Remuneration, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Leading Change.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders.
