POSITION The position of Senior Accountant to cater for future succession planning.
The role will involve: Manage a high quality SME client base Supervise a motivated team of accountants (on shore and off shore) High level tax compliance and advisory Attend networking and business development events to grow the firm's brand Work alongside the outgoing partner to transfer client relationships CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: CA/CPA qualified 5+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Strong technical tax knowledge Previous experience managing staff (on shore and off shore) Outstanding longevity and stable employment history (non negotiable) Strong client relationship management experience Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable) PERKS The successful candidate will be rewarded with an above market salary package.
