Our client operates an Industrial Tool Store in Lytton and is looking for an experienced Storesperson to join their team.
Working within the Tool Store, you will be responsible for the issue, return and control of tools, equipment and consumables used by maintenance and project teams across the site.
Accuracy and organisation are important, as your role helps ensure tradespeople have the equipment they need to keep work moving.
Your duties will include: Issue and receive tools, equipment and consumables Receive, check and put away incoming stock Update tool and stock movements on the computer Load and unload deliveries using a forklift Check returned equipment for damage or missing items Keep the Tool Store clean and organised Assist tradespeople with the tools and equipment they require To be considered, you will need: Previous stores,



warehousing or similar experience Current Forklift Licence and practical experience Basic computer skills Good attention to detail Reliable with a good attitude towards safety Current driver's licence and reliable transport Knowledge of hand tools, power tools or industrial equipment would be highly regarded but is not essential What is on offer: $***** per hour + applicable overtime/penalty rates 38 hours per week plus overtime as required Long-term opportunity for the right person Industrial based working setting Opportunity to work with a nationally recognised company and an experienced team This would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on stores role, knows their way around tools and equipment, and takes pride in keeping a busy Tool Store organised and running efficiently.
