Site Administrator | Moranbah/Mackay Area AWX is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy mine site.
This role offers an attractive 9-day fortnight roster, with accommodation and meals provided.
About the Role Day shift only 10-hour shifts 9-day fortnight with every second Friday off $45 per hour Accommodation and meals provided Based around Moranbah/Mackay areas (DIDO) Key Responsibilities Booking employee flights and accommodation Managing workforce rosters Monitoring and coordinating qualification renewals Assisting with the entry of maintenance job cards Entering daily production and tonnage data Scanning, saving and entering timesheets Completing general administrative and data-entry duties Using systems including Gearbox, ResHealth, Qantas and Virgin portals Please note that responsibilities may change depending on operational requirements.




What We Are Looking For To be considered for this position, you must have: A minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar Site Administrator role Previous experience working in a mining or site-based environment A current Coal Board Medical A current Standard 11 Own reliable vehicle Strong computer and data-entry skills Excellent organisation and time-management skills Robust written and verbal communication skills The ability to confidently manage multiple priorities in a busy environment If you are an experienced Site Administrator based in Moranbah/Mackay or the surrounding areas and meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you.
