Job Description THE ROLE Lead a team responsible for reviewing lending decisions and assessing compliance with lending guidelines and standards Identify trends, policy breaches or process gaps through structured quality reviews, and recommend practical improvements Own and maintain credit risk policy, underwriting guidelines and product policy end-to-end Run the periodic policy review cycle, keeping documentation current and audit-ready Investigate and quantify the impact of policy changes, using data to support findings before recommending or implementing updates Resolve underwriting queries and feed practical learnings back into policy and guideline updates Partner with product and Credit teams on new policy as products evolve Track relevant regulatory and responsible-lending developments and translate them into policy updates Act as a key point of contact for internal and external audit on quality and policy governance Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement Qualifications THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH...
Robust experience in credit risk, credit assessment,
