Job Description This is a hands-on opportunity for a chef who enjoys the energy of breakfast service, takes pride in quality and presentation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes in line with our culinary standards Ensure food is prepared consistently, efficiently and to a high standard Maintain excellent presentation and portion control Support daily preparation, stock control and kitchen organisation Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and HACCP compliance Keep your work areas clean, organised and ready for service Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure a smooth and positive service Contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture where learning and development are encouraged Qualifications You'll ideally bring: Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a breakfast environment A passion for cooking and delivering quality food A strong understanding of food safety and HACCP principles A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop your skills The ability to work effectively as part of a team Clear and professional communication skills Flexibility to work early mornings,
