About your branch The Business and Engagement Services Branch is a multi-disciplinary branch that delivers a range of corporate capabilities to the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF).
These services include Strategic Communications and Engagement, Facilities, Governance, Risk and Assurance and Electorate Services.
Electorate Services provides a range of services to Members of Parliament in the areas of human resources, safety and wellbeing, accommodation, security, procurement and financial management.
Electorate Services also oversees the management of the Ministerial chauffeur service.
Why this role matters The Facilities Management Supervisor helps ensure electorate offices and facilities are safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
Through effective coordination of accommodation, office relocations, maintenance, telecommunications and security services,



the role supports Members of Parliament and their staff to serve South Australian communities.
What you will do Coordinate electorate office relocations and fit-outs with Members, facilities managers, contractors and government agencies.
Deliver practical accommodation solutions, including logistics, telecommunications and contractor coordination.
Inspect proposed accommodation and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to support sound decisions.
Manage minor works, programmed maintenance and associated budgets, reporting regularly on expenditure and progress.
Coordinate telecommunications, electronic security and physical security services for electorate offices and Ministerial residences.
Maintain safe and compliant facilities by coordinating maintenance schedules and meeting applicable legislative requirements.
Remuneration: ASO6 ($105,747 - $111,854 p.a) + 12% Super We are looking for someone who has: Proven experience managing facilities, accommodation services, office fit-outs, relocations or minor works projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with Members of Parliament, contractors, government agencies and service providers.
Excellent planning and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes within competing timeframes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide clear advice, recommendations and reports.
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills,



with the initiative to identify practical solutions and drive continuous improvement.
The judgement and professionalism to manage sensitive matters, maintain confidentiality and deliver high-quality customer-focused services.
