About the Role As a Hull Welder, you will be responsible for fabrication and welding activities as part of a large-scale defence manufacturing program.
Your responsibilities will include: Performing fabrication and welding in line with production requirements Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications Completing MIG and Flux Core welding to required quality standards Fabricating and assembling components to specification Participating in on-the-job training and skills development Working collaboratively within a highly skilled production team Following all workplace health, safety and environmental procedures About You To be successful, you will have: Welding experience .
Experience with MIG and/or Flux Core welding .




The ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings.
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A reliable approach to attendance and timekeeping.
