We're Future Proof. An award-winning Perth-based female led boutique strategic brand and marketing agency. For more than 8 years, we've been helping purpose led brands across health and wellness, e-commerce, fitness, hospitality, and FMCG elevate their brand and digital marketing.
This is a hands-on creative role: roughly 60% content creation and 40% social media marketing.
Plan and manage content calendars, executing across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn for a portfolio of clients simultaneously
Capture and edit high quality Reels, TikTok and static content
Write captions, copy and scripting content that sound like the brand, not a template: built around what each brand actually needs (rather than what's trending this week)
Design social feeds, highlights + stories
Contribute to (and occasionally write) social strategy, and understand how that strategy shapes performance
Report on social and digital performance monthly: what's working and what to optimise
Grow digital reach, engagement and community connection through strategic and insight-led content
Monitor social channels and Google Reviews, engage with clients' online communities
Be the main point of contact across a range of social accounts: clear, proactive, on top of timelines
Assisting with other marketing projects by collaborating with our in-house specialists to deliver excellent client results
you'll bring:
SKILLS
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media




Genuine talent in content creation, with a portfolio of short-form video content to prove it
Proven experience managing social media across multiple platforms and brands
a solid grip on CapCut (or similar video editing tools), and Canva (or Adobe/Figma)
A working understanding of social strategy and how it drives performance, not just content output
A strategic mindset, with the ability to connect creative thinking with commercial outcomes
PERSONA
A passion for aesthetic, creative content, with a sharp visual eye. Client industries we work in require quality, elevated aesthetic visuals - think fashion, floristry, interior design and hospitality
Confidence juggling multiple things at once (without dropping the ball)
Genuine care about the work you put out and clients success
Creative, Detail obsessed + Genuinely proactive
A positive attitude, ambition, and strong work ethic
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
PS studio culture is highly important to us. A outstanding sense of humour and the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team is essential.

a passion for photography, or experience with any of: Adobe Creative Suite, Sked, Clickup, AgencyAnalytics, Figma, Linkedin ads, Meta ads, Pinterest ads, Google ads, Google analytics, Squarespace, Wordpress, Shopify. Don't worry if you haven't used these platforms - many of these can be taught, and experience with similar systems is highly transferable.
